6. Disclaimer

The materials on Pilot Careers are provided on an 'as is' basis. Pilot Careers makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Limitations

In no event shall Pilot Careers or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Pilot Careers, even if Pilot Careers or a Pilot Careers authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Pilot Careers could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Pilot Careers does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Pilot Careers may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Pilot Careers and its licensors. 10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pilot Careers and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of: (a) your use and access of the Service; (b) your violation of any term of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (d) any claim that your Content caused damage to a third party.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the European Union and the laws of the Member State in which Pilot Careers is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

As a European Union-based service, any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be resolved through good faith negotiations. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, you may have the right to bring proceedings before the competent courts of your Member State or the courts of the Member State where Pilot Careers is established.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.

For consumers, the European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform which you can access at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

13. Modifications

Pilot Careers reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
